Skills Advisors are a key part of the South Yorkshire Growth Hub and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in and around the skills/training sector. They provide an impartial brokerage service to employers offering support and information on the full range of skills provision available including Skills Bank. Skills Advisors will work with you to undertake a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) which will help you to understand your future plans and to identify where training may support your business growth. The results of this TNA will provide the basis to jointly establish the most appropriate form of support for your business. Skills Advisors will work directly with you and provide access to any support opportunities identified.

During the Coronavirus crisis, our Skills Advisors are on hand to talk you through the support available and how our rapid response application process can help you get the training you need quickly. They can also provide help with applications making it easier and quicker for employers to access the funding.
