Develop a stronger understanding of your customers’ behaviour to allow you to target your customers more effectively. Understand the external influences affecting your planning and use this to support your decision making. Develop a plan template that can be used at strategic, project or campaign level to set out your planned activity, clarify your objectives and allow you to effectively measure your results.
