Online meetings are nothing new – many organisations have conducted these for years recognising their contribution to productivity, staff morale, loyalty and creativity – as well as the added benefits of being kinder to the environment through avoiding the need for unnecessary travel.
The need to master on-line meetings is heightened at present due to the need to work from home, however many businesses will find that once mastered, the online video conference saves both time and effort and allows for geographic boundaries to be covercome and and work/life balance to be enhanced.
