In the current Covid-19 pandemic many leaders and managers find themselves having to provide leadership to individuals and teams who are working remotely. In many cases this can be the very first time they have had to do this.
The challenge today is to balance empathy and accountability in equal measure. Some people are working at home in very challenging situations with family all around them and they need empathetic support.
