About the programme:
In a very short period of time, the whole world is seeking to understand the new rules we need to work and live by in order to thrive. Before the current Covid-19 pandemic the conversations that we held as managers and leaders with our colleagues and staff were mostly face to face, mostly ‘in the workplace’ and mostly focussed on the work task in hand. Our work lives were pretty well structured and predictable. Now – our workplaces are remote, our conversations virtual, and our focus often distracted by health, family and isolation. While this situation continues to develop and evolve, we as leaders need to evolve and develop the way we communicate to make the best of the situation and prepare ourselves, our teams and our businesses for when this does end. One thing is very certain – our new Norms will be very different. This module is delivered by CMBD’s John Collins, an expert in Leadership and Coaching.
